*UI Developer (Angular JS)* *Tampa FL* *6+ Months* *UI Developer (Angular JS)Tampa FL 6+ Months VERY VERY URGENT* *Job Description:* The Sr. Front-End Web Developer is responsible for delivering best-in-class, web-based software solutions that support business strategies. The role of the Sr. Front-End Web Developer is key in bringing the business vision to fruition via easy to use and sensible software solutions. The Sr. Front-End Web Developer influences cost savings by designing efficient, effective, and reusable systems. *PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS* · Coordinate creation of UI/UX wireframes and interactive mock-ups; review proposed practices and ensure components meet architecture goals and compatibility standards · Oversee UI/UX consistency – review design and code for front-end web development · Mentor front-end web developers as needed · Provide training to developers that are learning front-end development · Ensure all developers performing front-end development are currently applying industry standards and are aware of product architecture direction · Partner with DevOps to create and continuously improve UI/UX configuration management processes · Continuously research new tools and technologies, recommend those that align to architectural direction · Participate in discussions with team members about technical best practices and help teams identify optimal technical solutions *Software Design* · Transform acceptance criteria (requirements) into efficient and effective designs built upon approved system architectures; address scalability, recoverability, security, and maintainability · Maintain third-party library dependencies; assure compatibility, scalability, and maintainability · Utilize approved technologies to create and maintain automated build scripts; effectively execute localized testing, minification, and concatenation. · Develop and maintain comprehensive technical design documentation - UI/UX Style · Guide & Development Standards, system architecture, high level and detailed design, etc. · Coordinate and lead the review and approval of technical design documentation. *Software Development* · Develop and test complex software components/systems in compliance with development department standards; all software created must function in supported browsers and operating systems/platforms · Implement approved designs into functional components and screens adhering to individual business requirements · Implement approved system architecture; provide feedback during discussions and review sessions · Implement cross-browser component/architecture compatibility with graceful fallbacks · Conduct unit and integration testing using JavaScript controller logic · Request and conduct code reviews *Agile Team / Software Delivery Lifecycle – 25%* · Exhibit high levels of engagement of Agile team deliverables/ceremonies at all times, including but not limited to: o Daily stand up meetings (task updates, commitments, parking lot) o Story grooming (requirements vetting and estimation) o End of sprint meetings (story close-out, conduct/support product demos, o retrospective) o Sprint planning (task assignment and accountability) · Provide UI/UX wireframes and interactive mock-ups to Agile team members to illustrate proposed front-end design and functionality; secure product owner and core team approval · Support QA testing by providing frequent builds, quickly resolve defects, swarm when needed · Promote an environment where all team members can work in harmony · Understand Agile SAFe methodology and instill best practices into the process *KEY COMPETENCIES* · Strong understanding of system architecture · Results oriented;
