*Duration**:** 12 months**+*** ü Minimum four years experience in data related work with at least two years as a senior data analyst for large, complex decision support systems. ü Extensive experience in identifying and documenting business requirements in a data warehouse environment including use of joint application design facilitation or other requirements gather techniques. ü Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ü Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work on cross-functional teams. ü Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and complex business concepts in technical terms ü Self motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of supervision and able to work well with stakeholders and project staff ü Extensive experience in building enterprise conceptual and logical data models, data profiling, data modeling, data mapping and metadata efforts and data quality initiatives. ü Ability to prioritize and multi task across numerous work streams ü Ability to plan and organize technical work and deliverables. Able to lead teams to consensus decisions on complex business and technical data challenges ü Deep knowledge of best practices through relevant experience across data-related disciplines and technologies particularly for enterprise wide data architectures and data warehousing/BI ü Experience with IBM DataStage, QualityStage, FastTrack and Business Glossary preferred.
