- Requires *4-yr degree in Computer Science or related area*
- Requires *7-8 years experience in applications/systems development*,
particularly with:
- *Providing Tier 2/3 level support of off-the-shelf software systems*

- *Providing configuration and/or customization support for
off-the-shelf systems* **
- MUST HAVE experience with systems supporting *pharmacovigilance systems
* (e.g. safety systems such as *Argus, Oracle AERS, ARISg*; electronic
gateways for regulatory submissions, signal detection tools, etc.)
- Requires an expert proficiency in navigating *Oracle databases and
developing in PL/SQL* – must have a solid foundation of knowledge
regarding relational database technologies and platforms
- Requires *hand-on expertise in Oracle Forms and Reports* **
- Requires 2-3 years experience managing other development resources **
- Requires an understanding of validated environments and prefer *experience
with 21 CFR Part 11 compliant systems* **
- Prefer candidate with proficiency in any of the following technologies:
- BI Publisher
- OBIEE
