QualificationsBachelor’s Degree 3+ years’ experience as either a Business Analyst in IT or a Business Process Engineer (BPR) Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and listening) Strong ability to communicate with those who are not in a technology related field Strong ability to communicate with all level of project stakeholders (executives, management, engineers, end users, technicians, etc.) Ability to work independently or in a team environment Strong analytical skills Performance Criteria Consultant’s performance will be evaluated by client using the following criteria: • Quality of Deliverables: Project deliverables produced by the Consultant meet documented quality standards. Project deliverables are developed based on the extensive collaboration with project team, stakeholders, etc. Key Project deliverables and signed‐off and published with project documentation. As approved Project Change Orders are received Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Stakeholder List and Requirements Traceability Matrix are kept up‐to‐date. • Timeliness of Deliverables: Project deliverables are completed according to dates that are negotiated with and agreed to by Project Manager and PMO Manager. • Project Communications: Project information is communicated quickly, accurately and completely. Project issues are escalated through pre‐defined escalation paths as needed. Project Manager and PMO Manager are kept well informed of project status, completion of project milestones, emergence of new project risks & other noteworthy events. • Professional Interactions: Consultant cultivates, fosters & maintains positive working relationships with project stakeholders, project team members, managers and supervisors. • Process Compliance: Project tasks are performed/managed according to Technologies’ Project Lifecycle process and associated sub‐processes (Project Change Control, Project Procurement, etc.). Exceptions to the Project Lifecycle are documented and approved by the PMO Manager before they occur.
