VERY URGENT AND IMMEDIATE NEED Need only EAD GC, Green Card or US Citizen Job Title : Sales force Administrator Location : Philadelphia, PA (Only Local) Duration : 06 Months Contract Interview : Phone / Skype Start Date : ASAP *Job Description:* *Sales force Administrator* *Responsibilities* • Leads the analysis and design of the Salesforce.com solutions across enterprise landscape. • Develops and documents solution design including data integrations for all Salesforce initiatives. • Reviews solution designs with our technical team in order for them to build flexible, scalable and robust technical solutions to meet the dynamic needs of a fast-¬growing and fast-¬paced business. • Reviews solution designs with our Growth Center of Excellence to share information and remain aligned with our primary internal customers. • Provides expertise in approaches to application design/flow and system integrations. • Develops Salesforce.com solutions where necessary based on the current governance model • Consults on other Salesforce.com initiatives where needed in order to provide the enterprise view of our implementation and see that adherence to that view remains consistent. • Coordinates design and integration of a total system solution including all sub-systems. • Advises internal clients on business problems, formulates options including assessing their relative merits and risks to determine the best solution. • Researches and recommends technology and associate solutions to improve current systems. • Acts as a key contributor on complex projects/initiatives in order to positively impact current and future business opportunities through the application of specialized product and industry knowledge. • Provides recommendations for APEX and Visual Force code development along with any other advanced customizations in Salesforce.com. • Drives adoption of development methodology best practices. • Solves technical and project/process management problems that may have not been encountered previously in the organization, leverages learnings and experiences of other IT staff. • Configure and use test tools and protocol analyzers to perform pre/post implementation system health monitoring as part of the QA validation. • Keeps management team apprised of work progress and is proactive in communicating any concerns or opportunities for better project deliver. • Able to effectively communicate technical information to numerous audiences, including senior management, the user community, and less-experienced staff. • Provides expertise in multiple applications including leading edge technologies. • Performs the role of solution advisor to project teams, providing unique insights, new research and novel approaches. • Mentors, provides guidance and explains advanced concepts to others in work area. Works with Technical Architect and development team to implement enterprise integration strategy. *Qualifications* • Typically requires *5-7 (or more) years* of progressively responsible related work experience with Salesforce.com. • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
