Spring, Hibernate, SOAP Webservices ( development and not just consume
experience), JMS, Apache, Oracle - Pl/Sql

*b.* *Desired Skills:*
i.
Candidate
will contribute at 20-30% for coordination with Offshore Team and the
Client, and the rest as a hands-on Java/J2EE Developer.
ii.
Candidate
should have very good understanding on agile methodology as the customer is
currently following the same where offshore developer/QA is staffed with
Cognizant resources and onsite is staffed with IHG tech Leads/Scrum masters
etc.
iii.
Candidate
should be capable of driving the offshore team from onshore with a
leadership skills.
iv. Candidate
must have strong communication and personal/soft skills.
v. Candidate
will be responsible for doing Code Reviews, ensuring code quality, and
should be able to help continuous integration and deployment of
Applications.
vi. Candidate
will be interacting with Customer side Tech lead/scrum masters/PM/Business
on daily basis and must present well.
vii. Candidate
is expected to contribute on Practical architectural discussions with
customer.
viii. Candidate
must be a self-starter and a decision maker.
