Skills: 1. Excellent Customer Support and Effective Communication Skills 2. Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skills. 3. Prior experience working in a production support role around use of Abinitio or other Enterprise Class ETL tools. 4. 3-5 years experience in Abinitio Programming 5. Proficiency in the following programming or scripting Languages a. UNIX scripting languages including KSH/BASH b. PERL 6. Solid understanding of UNIX and exposure to Solaris, AIX, and LINUX operating systems. Proficient understanding of NetGroups, ACLs, User Access Management, Kernel-Level Settings (e.g. Semaphore, shared memory configurations..) 7. Experienced using Remedy 7 Change and Incident Management tools 8. Experienced using Autosys Scheduler including Scheduling, Updating, creating and querying box/command jobs in a multi-server environment. 9. Proficient in use and operation of Abinitio CO?Os and EME systems including: a. Co?Os Installation and Configuration b. GDE Installation & Configuration c. EME Maintenance and Administration (Installation & upgrades, Project Creation, Branching, Access Mgt, Backup/restore,...) 10. Understanding of: a. Abinitio programming environment(CCLs, Sandbox Settings, Parallel devl environment) b. Abinitio Job Mgt c. Performance Measurement and tuning d.
