Tasks & Requirements: • Responsible for execution oversight for smaller projects within the constraints of approved project scope, schedule and budget while meeting approved project requirements and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) quality standards. • Collaborates with the Fannie Mae designated Business PM and appropriate project team members to develop and maintain the project plan (schedule) that supports the approved project scope, schedule and budget. • Coordinates the identification, tracking, reporting and appropriate escalation of project risks and issues that may impact project success. • Conducts regular status meetings and ensures distribution of minutes per the project communication plan. • Provides project status reports in compliance with applicable Fannie Mae status reporting policies and procedures. Distributes status reports per the project communication plan. • Defines and coordinates with Fannie Mae’s change management board (CCB) at the project level to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae change management policies and procedures on project scope, schedule and budget. • Provides input and assistance to the Fannie Mae project owner to identify the project team and creates a resource plan representing the approved project team. • Coordinates the approval of SDLC deliverables by the project owner and stakeholders per the approved project Deliverable Traceability Matrix (DTM) document. • Coordinates the completion of project-level quality checkpoints per the approved SDLC change type procedure. Works with appropriate project team members to remediate project-level PQO checkpoint findings and observations. • Coordinate project alignment with program-level scope, schedule, budget, and business benefits, where applicable. • Assist with project alignment with Technology Standards, where applicable. • If requested by the local Project Office, performs reconciliation tasks as related to the project budget and coordinates remediation of identified variances per Fannie Mae cost management policies and procedures ·Experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with applied knowledge of Agile and Scrum techniques and tools.
