Resource will work with cross functional teams to develop and finalize requirements; evaluate and recommend BI tools; assist with development of BI Strategy; develop support processes and deployment architectures to support rollout of new tools. Extensive hands on experience with installation, configuration, administration, and development with one or more of the following *BI tools: SAP Business Objects, MicroStrategy, OBIEE, and/or TIBCO SPOTFIRE. * Specific skills to include: Strong Analytical and consulting skills 2+ years Engineering and installation experience with BI Tools 2 + years administration experience with Business Objects, Microstrategy, or OBIEE 2+ years development experience in OLAP technologies like SQL Analysis services or Essbase 2+ years developing applications using Business Objects, Microstrategy, and/or Spotfire Ability to relate to BI industry best practices and have past experience gathering and documenting requirements, performing BI tool evaluations, selection and implementation. Should have understanding of integrating BI tools to portal technologies like SharePoint or BEA portal. Experienced in Integration of BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications. Must be an effective communicator and have the ability to interact with business and technology customers at all levels.
