databases. This person will be integrating Salesforce with on-premise &
ERP (SAP, JDE, Oracle) apps, databases, files, and social sources. This
person will be able to load, migrate, extract, sync, replicate data on
demand.

Typically requires 10+ years relevant consulting and industry and
functional experience. Description: Provide thought leadership regarding
industry recognized business Solutions in order to assist client in
developing a customized model for their business. Assess, develop and
execute a plan to implement a business transformation solution. Develop and
execute stakeholder management plan including (but not limited to) Work
Effort plan documentation, data collection plan, Business Requirements
documentation Map and model the business to the organizations business
vision & strategic goals. Conduct stakeholder artifact collection via SME
discovery sessions. Develop business architecture framework Interface to
technical architecture team as needed, Develop and execute business
architecture governance model. Lead development of business architecture
and obtain feedback with ultimate sign off. Manage complex,

5.Job title: Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 6 months
Description
Working within Corporate Information Security, the TDM will be in engaged
in developing, deploying, documenting, and managing scalable and
sustainable enterprise risk management programs, specifically around cyber
risk. The TDM will work closely with other governance functions, including
those housed within Legal and Finance, in order to determine options and
impacts associated with various potential courses of action. The TDM will
prioritize protocols that impact risk assessments, decision-making,
documentation, and reporting, aligning to governance, regulatory, and
contractual obligations, in addition to balancing risk, reward, and
opportunities. The TDM will leverage his/her expertise and work with
management and analysts to develop and maintain an internal service model
that informs the business of key risks in a timely manner so as to limit
unnecessary impediments and avoid bureaucracy. Demonstrate consistent
credibility with business partners while recommending initiatives,

- Must have at least 10yrs IT Industry experience
- Logical + Physical Data Modeling experience is a must with a minimum of 5
years experience with oracle
- Experience with large/very large databases.
- Erwin or similar tool experience is a must
- Generate DDL / DML scripts for the Oracle Database
- Experience with business requirements elicitation
- Strong SQL skills for Oracle platforms. Performance tuning of sql etc.
