Qualifications: • 3-4 years as PM, preference for 3+ years in relevant industry • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of Utilities (Gas and Electric) operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management. • Strong Project Management skills a must. PMP preferred • Understands project management methodology. • MAU Mobility experience Responsibilities: • Strong management experience with the capability and initiative to perform the following tasks while supervising/mentoring a staff and maintaining strong client relationships. • Direct, coordinate, budget, scope and manage multi-discipline project (or portfolio of projects) of any size. • Manage, coordinate, and administer projects from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up and prime contract closeout. • Manage one or more Project Engineers. • Assist business development in related activities to enhance new client accounts and maintain existing client accounts. • Review and approve invoices to the client, as well as manage estimates, schedules, and reports being sent to the client. Technical Competencies: Strong knowledge of all engineering disciplines and understanding of workflow from discipline to discipline for project completion. Strong knowledge and understanding of power plant operations, procedures, and practices. Knowledge of major power plant and utility industry construction means and methods. Responsible for Quality Control and possesses an eye for detail. Qualifications: First Level University degree. 5+ years of related industry experience, including Project leadership functions, in Power generation. Ability to communicate with multiple levels of leadership, self-starter who can work with little direction.. Ability to direct teams. Ability to drive issue resolution.
