Role –Business Analyst(CRM) Location – Minneapolis, MN Duration – 6 Month Contract To Hire Interview Mode: Phone/Skype. Description: • Lead and/or participate in analysis sessions with business stakeholders to determine application requirements. • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. • Document current and to be business processes. • Assist business stakeholders in reengineering business processes. • Perform gap analysis between requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Document system specifications for custom coded CRM add-ons and guide .Net developers and QA analysts through the software development process. • Perform data migration analysis and design activities. • Determine third party applications to enhance and support the CRM system. • Participate in the implementation of third party applications as required. • Design business processes and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications. • Train staff on CRM use • Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical team to test and implement new or modified functionality as needed. • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data cleanup as necessary. Basic Qualification • BS/BA in Computer Science or MIS • At least 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst • 2-3 years experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce.com, SalesLogix, or Pivotal) required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously • Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm • Ability to work as an effective member of a team • Work with others on design activities to ensure designs meet requirements • Participate in evaluation of third party applications vs. determine them • User acceptance test coordination with business stakeholders, QA, and development Preferred Qualifications • SQL Server experience • Experience with SSRS • Experience with Scribe or similar data integration tools • Experience with Agile methodologies a plus Business Analysis Certification (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) • Process Improvement Discipline Knowledge (Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC) • Financial services or accounting industry experience • Business Analysis Certification (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) • Process Improvement Discipline Knowledge (Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC) Dhruv Soni, Sr. Technical Recruiter [email protected] Rider Consulting Inc | 50 Craigwood rd, suite 205, South plainfield, New jersey | www.riderconsultinginc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
