Job Title: Sr. java Developer Location: Greensboro, NC Duration: 6+ months Looking for solid core java developers with a focus on UI and/or WESB development. Description: Senior Programmer Analysts are responsible for understanding the technical vision within development areas of assigned projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for actively implementing the project direction & objectives through independent development. Senior Programmer Analysts collaborate with Application Program Lead and development team members to implement a solution. Responsibilities Works closely with Application Program Leads to identify technical solutions to business problems. Independently executes component-level development tasks with little direction. Creates scalable software solutions based on design documents and business requirements. Mentors developers that are new to technologies utilized on assigned projects. Assures that all technical deliverables they authored during a project are consistent with organizational standards. Provides production support of existing systems as needed.
