*Global Infosys* is seeking a highly motivated Junior HR to join our
growing firm and support our HR and executive leadership team.  The Junior
HR will work closely with other members of the HR Department and *Global
Infosys* leadership to administer several HR processes and programs. This
position is a great opportunity to gain HR experience in a boutique firm
setting. The ideal candidate will be excited about all aspects of HR and
comfortable taking on several different kinds of tasks simultaneously.  A
key function for this position will be focused on Recruiting so excellent
communication skills are a must.



Office Timing: Afternoon *1 PM to 9:30 PM*

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad



*The ideal candidate will have experience in areas to include the below
(not all areas are required as this is a representative list of potential
job duties):*

Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling and accessing sensitive
employee information; protect privacy related to any employee information

Passion for Recruiting and will lead the firm's recruiting strategy after
hands-on training is provided

Experience with creating and delivering presentations to leadership and
employees, including training sessions and company updates

Support new hire orientation

Assist with employee recruitment

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Support social media marketing efforts for the firm

Maintain calendar information for several teams and disburse to team leads
as needed

Assist with organizing team events and serve as a liaison with vendors and
third party organizations

Assist in reviewing employee timesheets and communicating timesheet
discrepancies to employees

Ability to promote an upbeat and fun working environment is essential!!

Pre-screens job applicants

Maintains personnel records

Provides support in filing documentation and tracking paperwork

Completes new hire orientation with staff

Compensation and benefits recordkeeping support

Explains company policies and rules to staff and applicants

Process employee benefits changes



*Basic Qualifications:*

Associate Degree or higher

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
executive management, peers, employees, and third party organizations

Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized.

Advanced understanding of MS Office, Excel, and Power Point.
