A Salesforce.com Administrator is needed to fulfill an immediate contract role with our Columbus, Ohio client. Software and Information Platforms is responsible for technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that client application solutions utilize. Responsibilities: Estimates to high-level business requirements and provides options analysis. Monitors and manages proactive maintenance to application platform environments Resolves support issues involving production systems Partners with Enterprise Architecture teams for product selection and product capability roadmaps and information governance processes. Documents and manages SOPs for software and information platform systems. Interfaces with business solution teams and partners on operational platform events as well as solution design needs. Requirements: Three or more years as a certified Salesforce administrator (ADM-201) Four or more years of hands on SFDC administration of 150 plus user org. comprised of multiple business units Expertise in creating sales frameworks and other business models, user provisioning, validation and workflow rules, advanced security settings, profiles, roles and page layouts Proficient with custom and standard objects: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, etc. Sales and/or marketing experience, including integrations and experience with marketing tools: Exact Target and Pardot Ability to write SOQL and SOSL queries and generate reports and dashboards. Extensive experience performing data migrations using data cleansing and migration tools Experience to co-chair steering committee in respect to Salesforce utilization, best practices, governance and investments Leverages fluency in technical languages, operating systems, application programming interfaces Demonstrates knowledge of software development life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents.
