Role: IS-U CCS Business Analyst (2 needed) Location: Michigan Duration: 6-12 months+ Start Date: ASAP
Project Description: This project will be a combination of project and support work to assist with multiple initiatives. Candidate will be involved in creating functional specifications for system changes or enhancements, break fix, testing and general solution support. Candidate will interface heavily with the business due to a high volume of change requests and will be responsible for meeting the needs of the business. Required Skills: • Must have CCS Front Office experience – Proficient in Front Office processes and workflows, experience with CRM Web 7.0 functionality OR IS-U/UCES experience (Utilities Customer E-Services) – THERE ARE 2 ROLES SO MUST HAVE 1 OR THE OTHER SKILL SET (OR BOTH) • MUST have excellent communication skills as this team interfaces very closely with the business • Minimum two life-cycles of (SAP ECC 6.0 IS-U CCS, SAP R/3 4.7) implementations from pre-implementation strategy to blueprint, realization, go-live and production support • Strong utilities experience and understanding of CCS business processes and related system functionality If interested please send us your resume with visa rate and contact details ASAP.
