Send resumes to [email protected] ASAP. thank you...! *Need:* Software Architect *Duration*: 6 month contract *Location:* Richmond, IN *Rate:* Market. *Need someone who can start immediately after phone interview. * Problem: Hospital has approximately 30,000 patient records stored in Allscripts Professional EMR (on a SQL back end) that need to be extracted and transferred into the new NextGen EMR. They are able to extract the discrete data with their internal resources. They do not have the internal expertise to extract an electronic version (.PDF) of the legal full chart report. At this point, the only way they know how to do this is to print out every report and scan the document into a PDF to deposit into the new NextGen EMR application. This is not a time or cost effective solution due to the number of records that need to be transferred. Solution: They need a *consultant that can architect a solution to extract the legal full chart reports from Allscripts Professional EMR as an electronic file. They are thinking they need to develop an automated tool to do this*.
