*Senior Systems Analyst Atlanta GA, 3+ Months *COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Successful Candidate: *
Candidate will function as Senior Systems Analyst in Department of Revenue
Motor Vehicle System. The candidate will initially work in projects
related with Data Archiving, Data Purging, Data Cleansing and Data
conversion projects. The role is dependent on the need of projects. The
candidate will perform Analysis, Design, Development, Testing,
Implementation and Documentation of applications that supports Motor
Vehicle related systems. The current Motor Vehicle System is mainframe
system has around 25 real-time/batch interfaces that use Web Services and
SFTP.
*Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:*
- Minimum 5 years programming and analysis experience
- Experience in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL in a z/OS environment is
mandatory.
- Experience in project life cycle phases including analysis, design,
development, testing and implementation of large scale projects
- Excellent organization, verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Bachelors’ Degree in Information Systems or related field
*Other Preferred experience and Skills:*
- Experience in Oracle, SQL, DOTNET, JAVA, Changeman, CA-Scheduler,

*Potential contract to hire for this position.
*Some travel to the DOR Motor Vehicle Division will be required based on
project requirements:
