*Microstrategy developer*
Business Intelligence Experience using micro strategy Version 9.4 or higher
Strong Sql Skills preferably in Teradata DB but other databases ok
Proficient in reading and writing sql especially views
Knowledge and understanding of dimensional modeling
 Strong communication skills
Ability to collaborate with a team but also work independently

We have the need for a Senior Enterprise DataWarehouse Engineer for the
Vendor Portal project. Length of engagement will be for 3 months
BI Views for Teradata Semantic Layer and reporting queries

*Skillset:*
• Very good SQL skills preferably Teradata experience writing views in the
semantic layer for BI Solutions.
• Even though we are not using Microstrategy for this interim solution
would prefer someone that has Microstrategy or at least some sort of BI
experience in addition.
• With this experience  they would be able to understand the differences
between normalized vs dimensional modeling to understand how to create
views for an tool agnostic environment that accounts for both BI tools and
Ad Hoc queries.
• To also be able to test from a BI/Reporting perspective.
• Would want them to be able to use our current environments to easily to
do comparison testing for unit testing
• Good communication skills and experience working with clients with testing
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment but can do
assigned tasks independently.
