The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), and Automatic Location Identification (ALI) and will be responsible for the design, administration, and support of these systems and workstation hardware. The candidate will assist in the direction and day to day administration and support services, including any enhancements to the solutions and technologies according to formalized policy and procedures. Be available for after-hours support of the Consolidated Dispatch Environment, a 24x7x365 operation.
