Duration: *Long Term* Senior Technical Architect 10+ plus years in architecting, designing and developing complex 10+ software products Hands on in Java /Java EE/Web services/Spring/Hibernate technologies Experience in architecture, design, implement, and maintain service oriented applications, web sites, and Internet-based applications primarily written in Java Able to create, drive and complete POCs (Proof of Concepts) to test new ideas and apply emerging technologies Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional to work on all phases of development within broadly assigned technical discipline Able to translate conceptual ideas into complex projects and tasks Able to translate complex business needs to technical requirements Driven to excel in multiple areas of technical expertise and expand base of knowledge Business acumen to determine feasibility of customer requests and balance business decisions with technology development Customer oriented: willing to help Supervisory, coaching and teaching skills to lead and/or supervise direct reports Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction Strong domain knowledge in US Residential Mortgage (Preferred if person is involved in any of LOS ) Technical Architect : 5 + plus years in Architecture , designing and developing complex software products Hands on in Java /Java EE/Webservices/Spring/Hibernate technologies Experience in design, implement, and maintain service oriented applications, web sites, and Internet-based applications primarily written in Java Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional to work on all phases of development within broadly assigned technical discipline Customer oriented: meets individual commitments, works with the team to achieve team commitments, responds to requests in a timely manner, willing to help Title: API Architect Location: Costa Mesa CA Duration: Long Term *Must Have:* • At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks. • At least 7 years of experience with the below - API Architecture • Understanding and experience in comparison of API product features(as Apigee or Mashery) and capabilities • Knowledge of API best practices and performance tuning • Experience in laying out the API strategy, standards and architecture for solutions – identifying right APIs, security guidelines, traffic management, caching • At least 7 years of experience in project execution • Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point • Analytical skills • At least 4 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. API Development • Extensive project experience with designing and implementing APIs • Sound experience implementing API Security and Access Control (OAuth/SAML, Web SSO, SSL etc.) • Session Management • API Analytics - generation of custom reports and integration with external tools like Splunk • Developer portal setup and customization • Knowledge of build, deployment methodologies and test automations Support • Good experience in supporting the API environments and APIs across environments • Knowledge of health checks, monitoring procedures and automations for API components • Analysis of logs to identify and resolve issues The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
