Have 3-5 years of Lead appariser experience of CMMI Maturity Level 5 appariasals (Class A - preferred, B, C) and preferred to have CMMI Lead appraiser certification by SEI (MUST be formally trained on CMMI). Able to independently carry out assement, collect the data, publish the gap & reccommendtaions 2. Have lead the CMM appraiser and also have participated as member in other appraisals at client onsite locations. Have the experience of rating the assessment outcome on Process Capability and Organizational Maturity scale (similar to SCAMPI assessment) 3. Have experience on system development lifecycle/methods from requirement engineering to final Integration/ Validation and Release. The lilecycle includes both the design of new systems as well as the maintenance/evolution of existing ones 4. Have experenc on SW development & SW process improvments 5. Have experince on SW Quality management & statistical methods (for High Maturity practices) 6. Have 2-5yeas of TMM consulting experience in assessing & improving SW Testing/Validation process 7. Have experience in optimizing defect management, configuration management, change management, continuous intergration and traceability matrix practices. 8. Have SW development experience in Agile methodolgy 9. Have experience in continuous improvement six sigma. *Desirable:* 1. Knowledge of improvement frameworks/standard like CMMI or TPI is highly desirable 2. Scrum Master Certification 3. Six sigma green or black belt certification 4.
