*Description::*

The client seeks a lead Oracle developer/consultant to identify
architecture and set direction for implementing new solutions, products and
modules. This resource will work with the business units, application teams
and administration teams to identify the right architecture for
implementing new solutions, products and modules. They will perform a
variety of in-depth data analysis, data modeling, and data administration
tasks on complicated datasets with potentially complex data integration
scenarios.  Additionally, they will develop and maintain logical models and
physical structural designs of the system, applications, and databases by
using ERWIN or other data modeling tools, based upon business requirements
by employing program and business requirements and analysis.



*Required Skills::*

·         *5+ years in Oracle design, development, and modeling. *

·         *2+ years in a consultative role, interfacing with technical and
business clients at all levels of the organization, to produce and analyze
data, and make business recommendations.*

·         *Experience with creation and usage of Extract, Transform, and
Load (ETL) specifications and Dimensional Models (Star Schema).  *

·         *Expert Oracle database administration skills with Oracle 10g,
11g and 12c databases, as well as Oracle SQL or PL/SQL.*

·         *Experience with UNIX RH, SUSE Linux and Windows 7 operating
systems*

·         *Experience as a MicroStrategy developer and architect*

·         *Exposure to developing database administration procedures*

·

*Preferred Skills::*

   - Proven ability to develop and maintain documentation
   - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related
   field
   - Ability to work independently with minimal direction
   - Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business
   and technical



*Additional Provisions::*

·         *Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug
screening, criminal history check and credit check.*

·         *Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the
agency is responsible for providing drug screening. * *Failure to submit
the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.*

·         *If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of
employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
*

·         *All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence
status (Green Card), or H1B-Visa.*

·         *Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States
within the last five years.  Military Service excluded.  (Exception does
not include military family members.)*

·         *All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client
manager or his/her designated representative.*

·         *Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without
previous written authorization.  Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at
straight time.*

·         *The enforced dress code is business casual, i.e. collared shirt
with slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women. *
