*Looking for an Architect level candidate. Must have experience on IBM Infosphere.* *Experience* · Experience with IBM MDM · Proven ability to document requirements and model solutions · Experience with IBM Balanced Data Warehouse is preferred · Experience working with technical staff to translate Conceptual models to Logical models and Logical models to Physical models · Insurance industry experience is preferred *Responsibilities* · Creates conceptual and logical data models which provide basis for detailed design of *Master Data Management* application · Identifies data organized into logical groupings and domains · Work with project teams in maintaining data models through the whole SDLC · Analyzes business rules, use cases, and object models for applicability in the development of a data model · Documents data models including a fully normalized version · Works with *Enterprise Data Architect to validate project data model* against the Corporate Data Model · Defines and attributes all objects/entities · Establishes data definitions and values at the object/entity level · Participates in developing data modeling standards, policies, procedures and promotes Enterprise Data modeling practices including standard abbreviations and data class definitions · Must have experience on *IBM Infosphere.* · Develop, document, and manage data modeling processes and procedures including change management and version control · * Leads data model design reviews to ensure MDM data model*requirements are met, reviews Physical data model for completeness · Provides support and direction to database designer and DBA staff to translate logical data models into physical models · Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of systems, processes, data and metadata · Experience modeling in Rational Data Architect and/or CA ERwin (Rational Data Architect preferred) · SQL development · Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills to both business and technical audiences · Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills Please email us resume with rate and contact details .cc [email protected] -- Thanks, Padmaja.
