Should be able to demonstrate at least one implementation where the candidate is involved in Discounting + Approval & Contract Manangement 3. Should have understanding on Salesforce.com Sales Cloud 5. Knowledge of Force.com, Integrations would be preferred 6. Should have experience in Support engagements 7. Handle tickets based on priority and severity and distribute them to the team 8. Familiar with SDLC and required deliverables for each phase. 9.
