ServiceNow and Remedy (these are support tools that they will use) *Job Description:* - Client is seeking to hire a Level 3 Support Analyst/Programmer for our Premier healthcare client in Southeastern, MN. This person would be directly working for the Radiology Speciality Systems Unit within the Radiology and Imaging Section and the Division of Clinical Systems. Analyst/Programmer would support and software development for information systems supporting the Radiology Modality practices (e.g. CT, MRI, Nuclear Med). This person will join a team working closely with the practice in implementation and support of algorithms, applications, interfaces and vended applications used to present results and move imaging data through the Radiology practice. - Primary responsibilities will include Level 3 support (including building automation tools and alerting), system documentation, implementation and maintenance of custom and vended software, with some development opportunities. This position will provide opportunities to work closely with the Radiology practice including physicians and operational groups, such as EISS and RSA’s, to incorporate state-of-the-art technologies and applications into the daily patient care workflow. You will have the opportunity to support practices at all sites. This individual will be primary call person during daytime hours and required to participate in an existing 24X7 team based on-call rotation. - Current technologies utilized within the unit include but not limited to: Windows Server, Linux, Windows 7, SQL Server, Citrix, DICOM, HL7, .NET, WCF, MySQL, C++, C#, VB6, Java, and Team Foundation Server. Desirable is experience with PowerShell, SSIS, and SSRS. This position will involve working with large Radiology based image data sets, databases, retrieval and transmission of the data and image data between various Radiology systems.
