*Location: Auburn Hills, MI*

*Visa Statue: H1B, USC, GC and TN visa*

*Cotract type: C2C*

*Interview type: Phone and in-person (F2F MUST)*



*Summary:* The Application Technical Lead position administratively reports
to the Application Development Services Manager and is directly assigned to
the Technical Project Manager.  The Application Technical Lead is
responsible for partnering with the Technical Project Manager to monitor
and oversee the deliverables of the application technical team for a
project.  This may include overseeing all the application technical
resources (and the quality of their specific deliverables) or a portion of
the application technical resources (and the quality of their specific
deliverables).  The Application Technical Lead will be used on projects
that have multiple application interfaces.  The Technical Lead must have
experience with IVR, Voice Recognition, and be comfortable with the
Engineering side.



*Technical Lead’s responsibilities may include:*

·  Taking the Solution Architect’s design and overseeing the execution of
the design

·  Leading detailed design sessions with different areas in Comerica,
Vendors, and Clients (if applicable)

·  Providing input to the TPM on tasks, statuses, issues, and risks

·  Collaborates with TPM on the needs of the project so they can both work
to ensure project tasks are completed

·  Overseeing the application technical developers to make sure

·                   They are tracking on time

·                    Help resolve issues that they cannot resolve

·                    Ensuring standards and processes are being followed

·  Leading issue resolution sessions with different areas in Comerica,
Vendors, and Clients (if applicable)

·  Continuously scanning the progress of the project to make sure nothing
is “falling through the cracks”

·  Setting up adhoc meetings with technical team

·  Excellent leadership and people skills

·  Must be able to learn new things quickly and have strong logical and
problem solving skills

·  Must have lots of experience working with applications that have
multiple interfaces



*Note: *Client is looking for strong technical hands on background with
current experience in a lead role.  Leadership was very important.
