This is a hands on role for configuring and integrating Avature with Oracle
HRMS. This role will work closely with HR business stakeholders and the HR
Development team.

•         The Implementation Analyst will work directly with power users
and key stakeholders at all levels to validate issues and requirements, and
develop and communicate solutions that meet the business needs.

•

•         The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving
innovation and change throughout the organization by leveraging their
strong technical skills, leadership experience and business acumen to
deliver smarter and more efficient solutions.



Responsibilities

•         Responsible for the development, implementation, testing, change
management, adoption, maintenance, and improvement of Recruiting tools
functionality and data quality

•         Work with the business and end users to gather, validate and
prioritize requirements, including planning and conducting UX sessions

•         Provide oversight to user management and the quality of the data
in the Recruitment tools

•         Develop good understanding of all core systems and processes that
link to Recruitment tools around critical data points

•         Act as SME and provide operational support and training to TA
teams and power users on Recruitment tools, resources and processes

•         Evaluate and prioritize issues and enhancement requests to
influence Recruitment tools technology strategy and roadmap

•         Keep a pulse on business issues and work with extended team
members to ensure timely resolution of issues, identify gaps and re-assign
issues as needed

•         Research, resolve and/or escalate support issues as necessary

•         Perform tools configuration and administration as required

•         Other duties/projects as assigned

•         Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues
to completion

•         Ability to prioritize and manage work against critical project
timelines in a fast-paced environment

•         Proactive and independent with ability to respond effectively to
changing priorities and demands

•         Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and
geographic locations

•         Strong attention to detail, experienced in troubleshooting and
problem solving

•         Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to
achieve results; Able to work effectively and resolve conflicts with people
across functions and levels

•         Strong verbal and written communication and follow up skills,
including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.

•         Passion for effective processes, methodologies, and technologies
that will improve the productivity of the organization.



Minimum Qualifications

•         A bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources,
business administration, related subject, or equivalent experience

•         3-5 years professional experience administering or managing
Avature systems

Level 8



• Minimum 6 plus years of technical Oracle HRMS experience in Core HRMS,
Employee/Manager Self Service, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll and
Benefits Interfaces, Workflow, Approvals Management modules

• This position requires strong knowledge and hands on experience

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the above
application modules.

• Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data

• Multi-Task between different environments in fast paced environment and
work during different time zones
