*Job Title : Salesforce Business Analyst* *Location : Plymouth, MI* *Duration : 12+ Months / Contract * *Interview Mode: Telephonic + F2F* This position leads the requirements development to formally document business needs for HR systems and CRM based sales management processes. This is a complex environment and requires both strong analytical skills as well as strong functional knowledge of Salesforce and it's customization. The position requires proven experience following industry standard business analysis techniques and methods to elicit and validate business requirements. The initial opportunity will be working with the implementation team on enhancements to the system. Gathering requirements and working with the business stakeholders will be a big part of this role. Experience modeling business processes and defining business data models is required. This role will define and document internal and external user interfaces and support system and data requirements clarification and definition. Also, acting as the liaison to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements for platform applications. *Essential duties:* - Execute requirements gathering, elicitation, and development to capture and document business needs - Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process models, use cases, scenarios, storyboards, business analysis, task and workflow analysis - Utilize process modeling, requirements elicitation, and requirements management tools - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements - Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into design and implementation specifications - Interface with business to develop strategic roadmaps for new functionality from commercial applications, through new releases and upgrades - Interface with vendor partners and design optimal solutions to integrate with - Document requirements for changes to the design and implementation of legacy business applications - Follow effective processes to verify and validate business requirements with functional and technical stakeholder before establish projects baselines - Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs - Serve as the conduit between the business community and the software development team through which requirements flow - Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates and industry best practices - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance - Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business users, technology teams, and support teams - Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution and verify that the business needs can be met with that solution *Must have skills:* - *8 years of industry experience in Information Technology* - *Experience as a BA/Lead with Salesforce.com CRM * - *Must have demonstrated experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into functional and operational requirements* - *Effective business case development skills are required* - *Must have a solid understanding of user interface, database, and system design concepts* - *Ability to lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time, against business need is required* - *Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, directors, managers, and subject matter experts is required* - *Must be fluent in English and the ability to interface with global teams and differing cultures is required* *Nice to have skills:* - CCBA or similar Business Analysis certification desirable - Experience with the Quote Process - Experience with Salesforce configuration - Experience with "Strategic Selling" and how Salesforce changes -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
