*Duration: 1 Year* *Summary:* The position provides technical expertise to support initiatives for Enterprise Learning Services. The position calls for strong understanding of Learning Application configurations, Software Architecture experience (Web and Application Server configurations on IBM Websphere), good understanding of SABA production installation and troubleshooting, experience with learning content server configurations, migrations. This position will use tools/techniques to monitor hardware capacity utilization and suggest remediation to support a high availability of learning application for the enterprise. *Technical Requirements: * · Experience in software architecture, web and application configurations with implementation experience specific to SABA product · Strong Java skills, including working knowledge of core libraries, design patterns, JSF, JSP, EJB, XSLT and Servlets. · Strong knowledge of internet/web technologies like HTTP, XHTML, XML, AJAX and JavaScript. · Experience in database design and SQL. Working knowledge of Oracle · Working knowledge with development experience of the various J2EE application servers, including WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Oracle App Server in a clustered environment. · Knowledge of learning courseware development tools. · Experience with designing and implementing service-level infrastructure for enterprise applications. · Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tier configurations. · Troubleshoot & resolve performance issues of the application when required. · Availability to provide operational support beyond normal work hours when required Qualifications. · 6-10 years experience as a software engineer in Java/J2EE development. · Bachelor of Science or higher degree required.
