*Need USC or GC or EAD-GC only*
Senior business analyst to assist in the migration of exchange email from a
hosted provider to o365 exchange online.
This resource will need to have excellent analytical and communication
skills and have proven internal customer-facing experience at all levels of
the organization.
Experience in prior email migration(s) and office 365 experience is
preferred, but not a requirement. attention to detail is critical.
*responsibilities:*
- assist in documenting testing results
- email migration analysis including:
- contact list analysis
- distribution list analysis – active, inactive
- shared mailboxes analysis - owner of the shared mailboxes
- email dependency analysis
- basic email migration troubleshooting (advanced knowledge of outlook)
- create and maintain migration schedule
- create project documentation requirements
- track action items and follow-up with user base
- collaborate with it communications on communication plan
- create quick cards - help cards
- collect and analyze email-related statistics from internal systems
- high touch customer support
- creation knowledge base
- train tier 1 on o365 support
- experience reporting to multiple people
*qualifications:*
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- must be highly proficient in excel 2010 or above
- strong, demonstrated writing skills
- training experience
- end user collaboration experience
- experience with exchange 365/office 365 highly desirable
- ability to work independently and in a group
