*Must have excellent communication.* We have an urgent need for Identity and Access Management Architect. Here is the position description: Required: In-depth working Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience Integration architecture experience Working experience with ORACLE Identity and Access Management software stack (OIM 11g R2 P2 or P3, Oracle Identity Analytics 11g) Strong technical architecture and product knowledge, ability to take business requirements and translate them into technical design Working experience using Oracle Database 11g Working experience with Operating systems: Windows and Linux Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications Working experience with Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification Extensive experience with account management, account provisioning and de-provisioning, roles management, and password management Working experience with LDAP and Active Directory Strong concepts of overall user access management BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience Experience with software development life cycle Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated Leadership Skills Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills Ability to propose creative technical solutions in a team environment.
