*IT Cyber Security Project Manager/Delivery Lead. *
Support the implementation and execution of multiple potential IT Cyber
Security Projects as well as other defined operational project initiatives.
-- The candidate should possess a minimum 7 years overall experience in
leading cyber security implementations, with specific emphasis in the
following technology areas: identity and access management systems, single
sign-on systems, privileged account mgmt, federated identity mgmt. via
ADFS, digital certificate mgmt,
-- Ability to lead multiple projects relative to milestone completion while
managing project staff and financial budgets.
-- Well versed in generating and managing detailed project plans.
-- Experience monitoring and maintaining project sponsor and stakeholder
satisfaction by engaging in regular status meetings.
-- Must have strong leadership qualities; be well organized, well informed,
capable of leading by influence, and able to achieve desired goals and
objectives while maintaining the respect and support of the organization.
-- Successful in creating a compelling, credible business case for
information technology initiatives.
-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus solid
organization, presentation and documentation abilities
-- Proficient in Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft
Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, SharePoint.
-- Project Management Professional (PMI) certification is preferred
