Working on some architecture already. *They are at the phase of gathering requirements. * * Focus on marketing module first. Need some BSA lift, working with Anthony (their PM).* * Scope: Detailed requirements gathering first. Need someone 100% for BSA, with PM skills on the ground to identify what the roadmap looks like, to augment their staff. More senior person, so no hand holding. * *Start with Marketing and then Finance and then Operations. * * Would like to move quick and in iterations. They are using Agile across their software development, but they don’t have anything established for BI/DW yet.* *Backend is Microsoft. * * But have not chosen the front end technology yet.
