Experience supporting production operations and maintenance of both SAP NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA systems 2. Knowledge of working on SAP ECC, BW, APO, CRM, Portal, BPM, MDM, Solution Manager etc 3. Hands-on administrator to maintain/support SAP environment including troubleshooting problems, escalating open issues, monitoring of systems, performance tuning, and optimize the system for maximum performance *SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:* • BA or BS required. • 5+ years working in role of a SAP Basis Administrator having demonstrated experience supporting production operations and maintenance of both SAP NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA systems • Knowledge of working on SAP ECC, BW, APO, CRM, MDM, BPM, Portal, Solution Manager etc *POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:* • The primary responsibility of this role will be to work as hands-on administrator to maintain/support a global SAP environment including troubleshooting problems, escalating open issues, implementing solutions, monitoring of systems, prevention of outages, and optimize the system for maximum performance • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems and risks to the environment. This may include working cross functionally with other technology teams, geographies and disciplines. • Responsible for developing and maintaining the technical details for SOPs (refresh, migrations, configuration, installs, etc.) and ensure are followed to maintain a viable system • Plan and participate into quarterly releases / infrastructure outages.
