Need Visa Copy before Submission* *Title : Senior Salesforce Developers * *Location : Troy, MI* *long-term contract. * *We would prefer someone to be able to make it onsite for an Interview, but if the candidate cannot I’m open to setting up a Skype or having a Video Conference Call. * This individual will be responsible for the development of custom Salesforce.com (SFDC) applications. He/she must be a leading contributor individually and have the ability to work as a team member. Because of substantial customer interfacing, the individual must have a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Consults with business owners to develop technical solutions to business problems and/or opportunities, which are cost effective and value added. · Analyzing/ Developing SFDC applications, resolving defects/application issues. · Prepares and/or reviews system and technical design documentation. · Develops application/utility programs including coding, testing, implementation and maintenance on complex systems. · Work closely with the Business Analysts and End users to ensure the solution meets business requirements. · Maintains in-depth understanding of application and technology architecture to ensure designs support the architecture. · Coordinates with QA testing team to ensure resolution to issues and quality software · Trains, develops and mentors other engineers and technical staff.
