*1-2 year project.* *Note: Potentially hire off skype but homerun would be a local candidate willing to face to face after a phone screen* *Description:* •Strong infrastructure background with hands on experience across a wide range of disciplines encompassing a minimum of 6 of the following areas: Cloud, SDN, Chef, Servers, Operating Systems; Linux, Windows, Storage; SAN, NAS, Telecommunication; Voice/Data, Physical Connectivity, Load Balancers, Data Centers, and PCs; desktops/laptops/mobile devices. •Strong working knowledge of virtual and physical environments. Demonstrated ability to choose the best technology to accomplish a project’s objectives. •Demonstrated understanding of system resiliency, redundancy, failovers and disaster recovery, •Strong working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure disciplines, platforms, tools and software including: Unix Shell Scripting, Active Directory, IT Security, Middleware, Batch, File Transfer, and Performance Tuning. •Working database (Oracle) knowledge skills including database design, development (packages, functions, procedures).
