*Role: **Technical Business Analyst- Regulatory Reporting ( CCAR)*

*Location: **Boston, MA *

*Duration: 12+ months*



*Requirements*
• Elicit, analyse and document Business Requirements for IHC / CCAR or
other US Regulatory Reports
• Manage business analysis activities in line with project schedule
• Overall experience of 6-8 yrs (Fin Services / IT) desirable with relevant
project experience of requirements elicitation and documentation from
business users.
• Strong background in CCAR Regulatory Reporting especially in FRY 9C, FRY
14M/Q/A, FFIEC 041, FFIEC 031 reports and the related schedules.
Alternatively, associates with very strong understanding of Basel norms /
financial reporting background are preferred
• A strong ability to gather business requirements and to create business
requirements documentation (BRD).
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and relationship skills.
• An understanding of SDLC processes and Change Management principles,
within a banking environment.
• Good knowledge of standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft
Word and Excel).

*Nice to Have:*
• Experience and knowledge of Axiom product will be preferred.
• Exposure to Data Warehousing projects in the Regulatory Reporting space
will be an added advantage
