Role: Bench Sales Manager- ( Senior Level) Work location: Bangalore Karnataka (onsite job) Work timings: 6.00 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST Compensation: Industry standards Required Skills: *4 to 8 years of experience in Bench Marketing is required *Strong background in Technology. *Bench placement experience (Nationwide recruiting and placement experience). *Must be good at Marketing Bench Consultants and a consistent performer. *Proven track of marketing the H1, EAD, Green Cards and Citizens consultants on the bench *Manage sales process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement. *Co-coordinating with Sales Managers to fulfill the work orders. *Hands on exp in using internet job boards/search engines (Dice.com, Monster etc.). *Must have sound knowledge of various recruiting practices, terms, responsibilities, intricacies and ability to mould or adapt to the situations demand. *Understand the requirements from the technology perspective and resourcing our bench consultants. *Maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors. *Scheduling Interviews and follow up with the candidates as well as vendors. *Have existing relationships with Prime Vendors + other Volume vendors ; *Good reflex to understand the REQ and work with Bench candidates to submit.
