The CRM role is to direct and maintain the installation, configuration, and support of the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software through best practices and in coordination with the IT Team and strategic customers. The support role has dual aspects. The primary focus is on the deployment, operations, and maintenance of the Dynamic CRM infrastructure. This may include installation of upgrades, patches, level-3 troubleshooting, analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring and other O&M activities. This position is embedded with the Enterprise SharePoint team. The secondary role is to serve as Dynamics CRM senior advisor, which may include providing some guidance to groups that are considering development of Dynamics applications.
