*Job Description*

Seeking an experienced, MS Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst to work at a
customer site in Atlanta. The CRM role is to direct and maintain the
installation, configuration, and support of the customer’s Microsoft
Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software through best
practices and in coordination with the IT Team and strategic customers. The
support role has dual aspects. The primary focus is on the deployment,
operations, and maintenance of the Dynamic CRM infrastructure. This may
include installation of upgrades, patches, level-3 troubleshooting,
analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis
& monitoring and other O&M activities. This position is embedded with the
Enterprise SharePoint team. The secondary role is to serve as Dynamics CRM
senior advisor, which may include providing some guidance to groups that
are considering development of Dynamics applications. The MS Dynamics CRM
Solutions Architect will apply proven communications and problem solving
skills to guide and assist the customers on issues related to the design,
development, and deployment of CRM software solutions critical to business
operations.

*Required Skills:*

• 3+ years of experience deploying, maintaining and upgrading Microsoft CRM
software.
• 3+ years of experience functioning as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
SME, including providing guidance in the development of Dynamics
applications.
• 3+ years of experience and demonstrated technical proficiency in Windows
Server, IIS, and SQL
Server
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint as a developer or administrator
• Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft CRM (Dynamics) as well as
integrating CRM with
Microsoft SharePoint.
• Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet
technologies fundamentals
• Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and reliably maintaining systems
• Knowledge of DNS, SharePoint and Active Directory as it relates to
successful implementations of Dynamics CRM
• Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
are necessary
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to be creative and
proactive in developing/delivering solutions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship building, customer
service, and teamwork
skills; demonstrate sound judgment; and ability to adapt communication
skills to all audience

*Desired Certifications:*


- Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional -
Installation & Deployment for -Microsoft Dynamics 2011/2013 certification
(CRM 2013 certification not required at hire but within 12 months of hire)
- Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional -
Installation & Deployment for
- SharePoint 2010 or newer certification

*Desired Skills:*

• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade MS Dynamic CRM Software.
• Administer System, establish user security, and optimize configuration.
• Act as the primary onsite technical contact for the CRM implementation,
providing advanced
technical troubleshooting support and problem resolution for corporate
customers, including issues
escalated to the highest levels of management
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, developers, and system owners
in the testing of
new CRM programs and applications.
• Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements for CRM data access and
usability in
accordance with business objectives.
• Assist in the creation of long-term strategic goals for achieving and
maintaining high data quality
in conjunction with CRM users and other key stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated
plans for CRM software
administration and appropriate use.
• Ensure that any new software CRM integration into company systems meets
functional
requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

*Education:*

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree program in a technical field such as
Computer Science,
Information Technology, Engineering.

*Experience:*

Typically requires at least 6 years relevant experience without a Degree;
3+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 2+ years relevant
experience with Graduate Degree
