*Job Description:-*
This person will be an experienced Cisco network engineer who is open to
using other technologies such as Vyatta firewalls and Netscalar
loadbalancers. This person should be able to setup and configure route
and switch equipment and should be familiar with VMWare networking to
configure VLANs and cross VDC connectivity. This person will need to
assist with coordination of MPLS setups for customers (coordinating with
carriers), and will need to be able to setup VPNs. They will be working as
part of a cloud operations group who is responsible for maintaining the
infrastructure, hypervisor and operating systems for end clients. This
year we are conducting a data center move and will need assistance in the
teardown, migration and setup of cloud infrastructure.
*Skillsets/Credentials*
- Active CCNA
- CCIE, but could have lapsed
*Additional Desirable Skillets*
Familiarity with Cisco UCS hardware
Familiarity with VMWare Vcetner
