Please send your available matching candidates on [email protected] Role : Software Engineer Location : Duluth, GA Duration: 6+Months Interview: Face to Face • Responsible for converting business requirements to functional requirements to support the development of components, products and applications; Developing product/solution architecture collaboratively with System and Solution Architects to meet business specifications; Ensuring software solutions meet performance, manageability and reliability requirements in a cost effective and maintainable manner • Responsible for coding software which meets requirements, promotes re-use of software components, and facilitate ease of support; Diagnosing, isolating, and implementing remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code utilizing software based system maintenance and tracking tools. providing input and technical content for technical documentation, user help materials and customer training • Work with team of technical analysts to respond to, track and resolve incoming customer issues that are escalated from NCR's support organization; Participate, on a rotation basis, in on-call pager duty as part of NCR's contractual commitments for 7x24 support coverage; Modify software to address customer reported problems • Conduct unit tests, tracking problems, and implementing changes to ensure adherence to test plan and functional requirements; Analyzing, designing and implement software mechanisms to improve code stability, performance and reusability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers; Engage in discovery discussions with external customers to help established detailed requirements; Develop detailed software design documentation that is clear, comprehensive, leads to a scalable implementation, and includes reuse of existing functionality when available; Develop code to the design documentation • Participates in process or architectural discussions; Provides input to requirements analysis; Identifies technology to provide product/process stability or improvement; May regularly collaborate with external parties or lead a small team; Conduct complex feature and/or system integration tests Education/Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline Over 7 years of windows programming experience on C++, Java, C# in MS-Windows (VS 2005&8). Experience on Windows screen scraping with VS2005(8) C++ is better. Experience on Windows Hook/AspectJ/COM is preferable. Utilizing VMware, POS develop will have additional point. OPOS development experience into preferable.
