*Duration: 6 Months Contract*
*Job description:*
· Good understanding of Teradata architecture & experience in
Teradata Administrative utilities & DSA.
· Experience with Teradata Viewpoint 15 & TD 14.10/15
· 5+ years of experience in System Performance tuning, TASM
Settings and capacity planning
· 5+ years of experience in SQL tuning and performance optimization
techniques including but not limited to Indexing strategies
· 7+ years of Teradata experience working as a Platform/Performance
DBA
· Ability to understand and generate reports from DBQL/resusage
· Good understanding of Teradata Database System Control
settings(DBS Control)
· Experience in shell scripting using korn shell/perl scripting.
