This person will provide level 2 and some level 3 support of standard, operational processes. This person must be capable of making programming modifications related to both production support as well as discretionary enhancements in response to user requests. Managed Service for the systems administration and production support of the client Health Solutions. Client believes there are areas within these two categories that can be isolated and easily defined. client staff will provide level 2 and some level 3 support of standard, operational processes. Client understands it will take time for these skills to develop. Client will look for these same staff members to be capable of making programming modifications related to both production support as well as discretionary enhancements in response to user requests. Client Health Solutions runs on the IBM iSeries, and uses the following technologies: *RPG programming language – Must be expert* - ILE and free form experience required - DDS - Subfiles *SQL – Must be expert* - Command language – Must have. Will probably come by default with mastery of RPG and SQL - Operations vendor support – Very nice to have. Depends on iSeries system knowledge.
