Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst ( 70% TECHNICAL & 30% FUNCTIONAL SKILLS) Location : San Jose, CA , LOCALS ONLY Duration: 6 months+ Duties • Design, develop and maintain partner reports in Business Objects. • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements related to partner reporting • Translate business requirement into detailed specifications • Develop and test reports in Business Objects • Prioritize and plan workload • Write reporting test plans and test scenarios • Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders • Create training materials and facilitate training sessions • Conduct weekly status meetings and create weekly status report • Perform issue resolution and management • Work with IT to resolve issues as needed Skills • 2-3 years of Business Objects reports development experience a must • Techno-functional skills with strong business analysis and problem solving capability • Strong knowledge of BI/ data warehouse concepts and Business Objects universe • Prior experience working on reporting related to PRM/channel requirements is highly desirable • Experience working across multiple time-zones Other Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail Please send us your resume with visa rate and contact details if interested.
