*The Request Management/ITSM developer will serve as a key team member for
the design, architecture, and analysis of the BMC ITSM Request Management
platform.  Candidates should be capable of recommending, designing,
implementing, and supporting solutions that will align technologies with
business requirements in support of the client mission.*

Responsibilities will include:

*·        **Assisting with the design and development of an Enterprise-wide
BMC ITSM Request Management solution*

*·        **Identify and create complete inventory of all intake systems,
users and stakeholders *

*·        **Gather business requirements needed for the Request Management
solution across the Enterprise*

*·        **Participate in data analysis and requirements analysis
activities*

*·        **Perform data mapping of source data into the Request Management
Data Model*

*·        **Identify integration points with all existing source systems
into the Request Management tool*

*·        **Identify all processes to be included and/or modified for the
Service Requests solution*

*·        **Development of an implementation roadmap, including training and
governance*

*o       **Must include recommended sequence of intake system consolidation
and funding approach*

*·        **Identify all dependencies and software licensing costs for an
enterprise deployment of the Request Management tool*

*·        **Complete a cost benefit analysis and recommendations*

*·         **Experience integrating technology tools to develop robust and
scalable enterprise solutions.*

*·         **Ability to develop functional specifications and design
specifications for solutions*

*·         **Detail oriented individual capable of doing in-depth
requirements and data analysis*

*·         **Strong cost benefit analytical skills*

*·         **A proven ability to design, model, and document application
solutions given a set of system requirements *

*·         **Advanced subject matter knowledge useful to understanding the
needs of the client and demands of the application*

*·         **Ability to develop and implement plans that address basic
technical challenges *

*·         **Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex workflow and use
problem solving techniques such as root cause analysis to resolve issues*

*·         **Self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment
with minimal direction*

*·         **In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management - particularly in
the areas of Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management*

*·         **ITIL Certification and a familiarity with ITIL Best Practices
highly desired*

*·         **Development experience in Remedy AR system version 6.x or 7.x
needed with Industry implementation knowledge and experience preferred*

*·         **Programming experience with BMC Remedy products (ITSM, Atrium
CMDB, Asset Management) a plus*

*·         **Data analysis and mapping of data elements across different
systems*

*·         **Experience performing Database Modeling**​** tasks*

*·         **Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively (both verbal
and written) in a team-rich, cross-functional environment *

*·         **Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a
diversified workload*
