*Role: Configuration Analyst – IBM ILOG to IBM ODM Location: Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX* *6-12+ Months Contract* *Interview: probably will hire off of a phone interview * *Skills:* · Bachelor in Technology or Business Administration with 3 years’ experience in application implementation, project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 7 years’ experience in applications implementation, or operations/systems analysis. · Minimum of 7 years of IT or equivalent work experience, including 4 or more years progressive responsibility working in small to large complex projects in a cross-functional environment demonstrating project management skills and autonomy. · Experience working on process improvements with enterprise-wide impact. · Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, iterative development methodologies (such as Rational Unified Process) and conducting gap analysis and making enhancements from it. · Demonstrated experience in business process design. Experience conducting future state analysis. · Knowledge of risk, issue, change and defect management. Experience interfacing with IT, external consultants, end users, and management *Demonstrated presentation skills. · Knowledge of insurance and industry terminology · Project Management experience · Strong negotiation skills · Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays. · Available to work nights, weekends, holidays. · Familiar with relational databases and SQL, CRM applications. · Proficient in Microsoft Office. *Programming experience is a plus. * This position is for migrating IBM ILOG 7.1 to IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) 8.7. *Must have knowledge of the architecture of Decision Server and Decision Center in ODM. Must understand the deployment mechanisms for Decision Center as well as embedded deployments using ODM JARs. Knowledge of product's architectures and hands on experience with implementation/migration are highly required. Must have Experience with IBM WebSphere 8.5 and Linux. * Key Responsibilities: *Performs installation, configuration, performance tuning, and support. Troubleshooting to resolve issues with system, middleware, or software. Work with internal and external teams to complete project tasks or problem determination.
