Looking for a System Engineer with experience in: Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 Wimdows Clustering MS Windows Server 2003/2008 MS Active Directory 2003 SAN SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study plus 5 years of related experience a must. EXPERT knowledge of MS Exchange 2003 and 2007 oAdministrative groups, public folder replication, etc. oBuild, installation and configuration oDesign and architecture knowledge, including best practices recommendations, performance tuning, management and administration oEmail accounts, public folders and distribution group support & troubleshooting EXPERT knowledge of Exchange 2003 to 2007, Migration is mandatory oExchange and Windows clustering experience. EXPERT knowledge of MS Windows Server oWindows 2003 and 2008 Server Enterprise EXPERT knowledge of MS Active Directory 2003 oAD replication topology, and DC backup/restore procedures, Redundancy design, IPSec services, AD-Exchange integration, group policy, Best Practices for AD Design and Naming Standards, oDNS and WINS design, naming standards Working knowledge of SAN and Email archive technologies, server clustering technologies Good knowledge of networking concepts Experience with Blackberry, A/V and mail filtering technologies is desirable DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a Systems Engineer who will be on a team responsible for the setup, implementation, migration to and day to day operational support of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in Exchange 2003/2007, Microsoft Cluster Services, Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS Services, DHCP Services and Group Policy. In addition to the setup and implementation of Microsoft Exchange, the qualifying candidate must be able to troubleshoot, optimize Exchange performance, perform Exchange database maintenance, Exchange database backups and restore, Exchange mailbox journaling, exchange queues monitoring, and recovery of a corrupted exchange information store. Additionally, the qualifying candidate must have a solid understanding of all phases of a disaster recovery scenario including preparation and implementation exercises to include but not limited to Microsoft Exchange Cluster, and Microsoft Active Directory. The candidate must be able to clearly communicate both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner.
