Experience beyond production support specifically, refactoring and new development efforts. . Experience with Struts 2.x. . Experience with JSP, Servlets. . Experience with both Java 4 and Java 6. . Experience with the Financial Services industry. . Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills. . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. . Advanced technical degree . On-site liaison / technical lead would have additional skill-sets: . Above requirements with at least 5 years front end Java development .
