Business Need: Support of NPv6 Deployment from a LAN/Wan support perspective. NPv6 is being deployed to 250 stores a week. Rich’s support group is responsible for all pre and post network support for this deployment. 2. Shift Pattern: The resource would work a primary full time shift of 830am to 5PM CST. This start stop is flexible depending on amount of on call work being performed 3. On Call: After shift and weekends are required on a shared basis with the rest of team, not to exceed two weekends a month. 4. Must Have: Support of pre and post deployment of NPv6. Technical trouble shooting at a L3 network support level. Will need to use sniffer tools such as Wire Shark.
